As Crassula Development we have accelerated our developments in the region of Long Beach-in the paradise with unique and clean beachftront and lovely atmosphere. As a first move we have moved our headquarters to the region. While everyone wondering why we have moved here we finished our first project in the region which is the15th site in our portfolio the Long Beach Life houses. By the time we finished our first project we learned that the municipality of İskele was preparing a new masterplan for the beachfront of Long Beach region which brought us even more joy to carry on. 

As Crassula Development we have focused all our developments to this region. After İskele becoming a major town the region started to attract developers here. At the same time the new campus of Cukurova University which will be opened soon will improvise the education quality to another level. By this improvements the invidiuals who will invest here will gain an enormous amount of value increase on their investments as well as huge amounts of guaranteed income fromt the renting their apartments. With all this improvements and developments Long Beach is on the rise as a new tourism and investment center.

With the beachfront masterplan which the municipality of İskele has been working on since 2012 the region became the new touristic zone and investment region. In the first phase of the project the walking pathios, cycling pathios, green areas, children playgrounds and outdoor gyms are completed and fully functioning.
